BISMARCK, N.D. — Bismarck State Athletics and the Bismarck State College Foundation are proud to announce that Mystic Brews: Taste of the Hops is returning in 2026. The Oktoberfest-inspired beer tasting event was wildly successful in its inaugural year, with tickets selling out weeks in advance.

In 2025, the Bavendick Stateroom on the campus of BSC played host to the inaugural Mystic fundraiser, featuring tastings from local breweries, German food and live music. The second edition of the event is set for Sept. 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Bavendick Stateroom.

The brewery lineup for this year includes:

A new food lineup highlights the event, with this year's options including:
