Logan Hoff was hired as Bismarck State College's first full-time Sports Information Coordinator in July 2025 after spending the previous seven months as BSC's Marketing Coordinator.
In his current role, Hoff is the primary media contact for all 19 Mystic sports. He manages the BSCMystics website and led the new website launch in the summer of 2025. He is in charge of the Mystic social media accounts, and oversees all digital and print media produced by the athletic department. He is also in charge of statistics for all 19 sports. Hoff is a member of College Sports Communicators (CSC).
Before BSC, Hoff served as the General Manager and Vice President of Operations for the Badlands Big Sticks (Dickinson, N.D.) from 2023-24. At the time of his hire, he was the youngest General Manager in the history Northwoods League at just 22 years old. He facilitied the team's transition from the Independence League to the Northwoods League for the 2024 season. During that season, Hoff's team:
- Hosted 36 home games, attended by 32,125 fans (892/game). A 20% increase over the club’s previous per/game attendance record (745 in 2020)
- Shattered the team’s previous total attendance record of 25,272 set in 2019
- Helped support over 32 local charities, foundations, and youth teams through our 50/50 raffle, jersey auctions, and equipment grants
- Produced 37 live-game broadcasts streamed on the NWL+ app, ESPN+, and the Northwoods League FAST Channel
- Had the 2nd-most streamed Northwoods League ESPN+ broadcast (out of 172) with 30,984 streams and the 3rd-most unique visitors with 19,017 during our July 11 game vs Mankato
- Was the most streamed team in the league on ESPN+ with 12,056 streams per home broadcast and fourth-highest in the league with 8,247 unique visitors per game (out of 29 baseball and softball teams)
Hoff is a 2023 graduate of Mayville State University (Mayville, N.D.) with a degree double-majoring in Sport Management and Business Administration. While at Mayville, he was a member of the football team, playing quarterback for the Comets. He was an NAIA Scholar-Athlete All-American in 2022 and was a North Star Athletic Association Scholar-Athlete in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Before transferring to Mayville, he spent two seasons on the University of Mary Marauders football team, where he also played quarterback.Â
A native of Richardton, ND, Logan currently resides in Mandan with his wife, Vanessa and dog, Harry.Â
