The Mystics are off to a strong start for 2012-13 with a record of 6-2. Sophomore captains Julia Davis and Alexis Archambault have taken on the leadership roles while leading the team in scoring, steals, and rebounds. Rebecca Magdich and Chloe Gunville help balance out the scoring with Magdich averaging 13 ppg and Gunville chipping in 12 ppg. The Mystics may be small in stature but they make up for it with their athleticism and speed forcing 20 turnovers a game. There are four games remaining before break including match ups with Williston State and Jamestown College JV at home December 7-8 for the Lane Johnson Memorial Classic. The team will then travel to Coon Rapids, MN, to play Anoka Ramsey CC and Rochester CTC December 14-15.
