Mystics Fall Just Short In Overtime Thriller

In a heart-stopping overtime showdown, the Bismarck State College Mystics women's basketball team faced a narrow defeat against Northwest College, concluding the game with a score of 100-102.

The Mystics demonstrated remarkable teamwork and tenacity throughout the game, with six players scoring in double digits. Leading the charge were Aleah McPherson and Kali Dauenhauer, each contributing 18 points. McPherson also showcased her playmaking skills, adding 8 assists and 3 steals to her performance.

Maya Vibeto added to the Mystics' dynamic play with 10 points, 6 assists, and 4 steals, while Jaiden Baker and Harys Beauchamp each scored 14 points. Brynnlee Murdock made a significant impact off the bench, adding 15 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals.

The Mystics are 8-2 on the season. They host Dickinson State University JV on December 4.
