The Bismarck State College Mystics volleyball team continues to find early season success, maintaining their unbeaten streak with two victories today, not dropping a single game across both matches.
In their first match, the Mystics faced off against Dickinson State JV, delivering a commanding performance with set scores of 25-15, 25-21, and 25-13. Caton Pearcy led the offensive charge with 12 kills. Reese Duchsherer helped spark the offense recording 18 assists and 4 service aces. Maya Vibeto anchored the defense, contributing 17 digs to secure the win.
The second match saw the Mystics triumph over North Idaho College with scores of 25-23, 25-18, and a tough 30-28 finish in the final set. Asiah Gross spearheaded the attack with 14 kills, while Kate Zimmer orchestrated the offense with 25 assists. Maya Vibeto continued her defensive dominance, adding another 25 digs to her tally for the day.
The Mystics are 4-0 on the season and finish the weekend against Dakota County Technical College on Saturday August 24, at 2 p.m.
