The Bismarck State College Mystics men's basketball team faced a challenging evening as they went up against Dawson Community College, ultimately falling short with a final score of 81-110. Despite the setback, several players delivered noteworthy performances.
Leading the charge for the Mystics, Evan Tatum emerged as a standout by coming off the bench to score a team-high 21 points.
Contributing to the offensive efforts, Avery Wesley and Carter Zeller each added 16 points to the scoreboard. Wesley also demonstrated versatility on the court by securing five rebounds and dishing out three assists.
Javier Sideregts was another key player, putting up 12 points and pulling down five rebounds, adding depth to the team's performance. Meanwhile, William Ware contributed with a solid 10 points, three steals, and five rebounds.
The Mystics are 7-11 on the season and 1-2 in conference. The Mystics go on the road to face Williston State College on January 19.
