HELENA, Mont. – Bismarck State (N.D.) and Rocky Mountain (Mont.) collected the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women's Basketball Players-of-the-Week honors for the second straight week, the sixth edition of the weekly honors were announced by the conference office Monday.
Kennedy Stormer, a senior guard, was selected as the Frontier Conference Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week.
She provided the bulk of the offense for the Mystics in a 93-85 road setback at Dickinson State (N.D.). She scored 34 points on 12-of-25 from the field and hit 4-of-10 from 3-point range.
Stormer added five assists and five rebounds (two offensive) to round out her performance.
This is Stormer's second consecutive Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award, after winning Defensive Player of the Week
last week.
Six games into the season, Stormer currently leads the team in scoring with 22.2 points per game.
Up next for her and the women's team will be a weekend road trip to Montana to face a pair of ranked teams in (RV) Providence (Mont.) on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m. CT, and (RV) MSU-Northern on Sunday, Dec. 7 at 1 p.m. CT. They'll round out the month of December with four additional road games, including Dec. 9 against Division-I North Dakota, before returning to the Armory to host Montana Tech on Friday, Jan. 2, at 5 p.m.
