HELENA, Mont.  – The Frontier Conference has announced on Thursday that 86 men's basketball and 111 women's basketball student-athletes from twelve (12) conference programs have been named Academic All-Conference, presented by Billings Clinic and Logan Health. In their first year in the Frontier Conference, the Mystics had 12 student-athletes receive the honor for their work in the classroom.

To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore in standing and carry a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average (GPA).

Mystic women's basketball will continue their season as the Frontier Conference Women's Basketball tournament gets underway on Friday afternoon at 1 p.m. (Central Time) at Butte Civic Center in Butte, Mont, as BSC takes on Dakota State (S.D.).  The eight-team postseason tournament is being hosted by Montana Tech and will kick off with a pair of quarterfinals contests Friday and Saturday.  The semifinals are set for Sunday and the championship game on Monday evening at 5 p.m. (MT).

The first three days of the tournament will have a live stream video via Frontier Conference's YouTube page.  SWX Local Sports will be broadcasting the championship game on Monday evening.
