HELENA, Mont.  – Valley City State (N.D.), Providence (Mont.), and Bismarck State (N.D.) were listed on the final edition (13
th edition) of the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women's Volleyball Players-of-the-Week honors, announced Monday by the conference office.
Piper Harris, BSC's sophomore libero, was selected as the Frontier Conference Defender of the Week for the final week of regular-season play.
The Mandan-native recorded 48 total digs on the final regular season weekend for the Mystics. Harris collected 22 digs (7.33 digs per set) at (RV) Carroll (Mont.) and added 26 digs (8.67 digs per set) at Rocky Mountain (Mont.).
She also contributed five set assists.
This is Harris' first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award, and the first award received by any Mystic athlete since they joined the conference earlier this year.
She led the Mystics with 482 digs, 228 more than the next highest total, as they finished the 2025 season this past weekend. The captain looks to be back leading the Mystics in 2026 as the team readies for their second season in the Frontier. For now, the dual-sport athlete will have to turn around and get ready for
basketball season, as they play their first conference home game on Friday, Nov. 21 at 5 p.m.
