BISMARCK, N.D. – The Bismarck State College volleyball team, under the direction of seventh-year head coach Kyle Kuether, has announced its schedule for the 2026 season, marking a milestone year as the program readies for the first game inside the newly constructed Bavendick Center. 

"We're excited for our season two in the Frontier Conference," Kuether said. "I think we built a solid foundation last season and have the talent to build from that and make waves this year. We can't wait to open up the Bav in August!"

The Mystics will open their second season in the Frontier Conference and the NAIA on Friday, Aug. 21, as they head to North Sioux City, S.D., for non-conference games against Haskell (Kan.), Dordt (Iowa), Clarke (Iowa) and Briar Cliff (Iowa). 

The volleyball team will then make their highly anticipated home debut at the Bavendick Center on Saturday, Aug. 29, at 7 p.m. as they welcome Mount Marty (S.D.). The new, state-of-the-art home of Mystics Athletics opened its doors for the very first time on May 6. 

Following the home opener, they'll begin their Frontier Conference slate on Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 7 p.m. CT in Dickinson as they take on the Blue Hawks in the second season of their in-state rivalry. That begins a five-game conference road trip before they're back at the Bavendick Center for its inaugural Frontier matchup as they host Providence (Mont.) on Friday, Sept. 18 at 6 p.m.

The 2026 schedule features 27 total varsity games, including 12 home contests. Fans interested in season tickets should visit the Bavendick Center webpage to complete the contact form. Information on single game tickets for Mystics home games will be available prior to the first home game.
